After a bitter cold beginning of the New Year it’s finally getting warmer and soon it will be quite hot. Temperatures in Thailand and Laos actually dropped to 10-12 c nighttime and below zero on some mountain tops. Thais traveled far to watch the frost!
Volunteer Ruthie from New York had a chance to feel both cold and warm Thailand during the last couple of months when she stayed with us at our Training Center in NongKhai before continuing her world trip to even hotter Australia. We said bye bye and Choc Dee to her by the Mekong River.
Thanks Ruthie, for coming to NongKhai, Isan, improving the English of school children and some of our staff / trainees too.
