ACTIVITY POINT PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By participating in the competition you will be accepting these Standard Terms and Conditions as well as other specific Terms and Conditions related to the relevant Activity point Program.
   
   
2. A player must be aged 18 years or over in order to participate in our Activity point program. Underage accounts will be suspended.
   
   
3. Winners will only qualify if they exceed the minimum 5,000 accumulative points, unless specified otherwise.
   
   
4. OpenmindProjects reserves the right to suspend accounts and/or cancel activity points from the player in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected.
   
   
5. Players registering for multiple accounts to benefit from multiple bonus promotions will be considered fraudulent and will have their account closed permanently.
   
   
6. Activity points can only be used for a reduction on volunteer fees and cannot be exchanged for real world currency.
   
   
7. OpenmindProjects reserves the right to discontinue and/or change the terms and conditions of the activity point program without prior notice.
   
   
8. Winners of the competition must agree to the use of their name/s for marketing and promotional purposes by OpenmindProjects.
   
   
9. The winner Prizes and bonuses will expire after 1 year and can only be redeemed by the account holder. They cannot be transferred to another account unless otherwise stated by OpenmindProjects.
