Openmind Projects has received many overseas interns over the years. As an intern overseas or a student volunteer abroad you are welcome to teach English, teach IT or computer skills, or work in eco tourism/conservation projects in Thailand, Laos or Nepal.
Our mission is to empower local people and give them the knowledge they need to make better decisions for themselves, their families, society and the environment. If you believe you can be a part of this mission as an overseas intern in Thailand, Laos or Nepal we can help design your internship overseas with Openmind Projects on behalf of your school or university.
With over 60 projects based in schools, orphanages, villages, towns, national parks and hospitals you have many internship options with us.
Special intern abroad support
Apart from the normal services we offer volunteers:
- Help in designing your internship and meeting objectives, tasks and goals.
- In country supervision and support in Thailand.
- Feedback/evaluation to your school or university.
All interns are welcome to attend our monthly 3-day Volunteer and Intern Training in Nong Khai, Thailand.
